Description:
The Blue Bonded Filter Pads are specially designed to prolong the life of filter media by reducing the accumulation of waste and dirt particles which can prematurely clog a filter. Resilient fibers trap and hold dirt particles while the pads porous, open-cell construction promotes water flow without impairing overall filter performance.
Instructions:
The pads can be cut to fit any size filter. Make a pattern to conform with the opening of your filter box and place the pattern on the filter pad. Cut your filter pad 1/4” larger than the pattern on all sides to achieve a snug fit.
For best results, insert the sections (blue side up) with a layer of pure activated carbon between the two layers of filter pads.
